Refund Policy.

We offer a refund within the first 48 hours of your purchase. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, a refund cannot be offered because we strive to ship boxes out in two days.

Exchange Policy.

Due to the nature of our boxes and the fact that they are limited edition, Needle and Note doesn’t except exchanges.  

If you suspect an item is missing or damaged from your order, you must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery to receive a replacement or appropriate compensation.

Shipping Policy.

Needle and Note tries to shorten shipping times where possible. However, Needle and Note is not liable for packages taking longer to arrive than expected once shipped. We hope the package arrives at you at the expected time.

If your package is not delivered within 30 days of shipment for US packages, we will replace or refund the order as inventory allows.

If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS or your local mail system - we cannot be responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. However, feel free to reach out to Needle and Note and we will see what we can do on our end.

For International packages (i.e. Canada) please allow 90 days for shipment to arrive.

Please check your email associated with your order for the tracking number. Tracking notifications should be sent out 48 hours after payment. If you did not receive a shipping notification or cannot find your shipping notification, please notify Needle and Note.

Privacy Policy.

At Needle and Note we do not collect, sell, or distribute personal data or payment information. You can rest assured that your privacy is secure with us. Once your order is processed all private information is deleted.

The only time your information will be stored is when you opt-in the mailing list for future boxes and updates.
